The publication Melike Kara – Whispers accompanies the exhibition of the same name at Kunsthaus Hamburg, curated by Anna Nowak. The smaller outer booklet, printed on glossy paper, presents a series of process-based images by artist Melike Kara, who explores her Kurdish belonging through photographic experimentation. The larger inner publication, printed on rough paper, includes an interview between Melike Kara and Anna Nowak, alongside texts by Sinthujan Varatharajah and Laura Schmidt.
